USA Naturalization Test Prep (“the App”) is provided by Everitt Ventures, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the App and this website.
1. Information We Handle
The App does not require an account. Everitt Ventures, LLC does not directly collect your name, email address, citizenship information, study answers, or other information that directly identifies you through the App.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and Google services, Google may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, advertising data, app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information.
2. Advertising
The App is free and supported by Google AdMob advertising. Ad personalization is disabled in the App regardless of your App Tracking Transparency choice. Google may still process permitted information for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and consent-related purposes, as applicable to your device, region, privacy choices, and applicable requirements. Advertising data is handled by Google according to its own privacy policies and applicable privacy requirements.
3. App Tracking Transparency
On supported Apple devices, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking is permitted. Allowing tracking does not enable personalized advertising in the App; ad personalization remains disabled whether you allow or decline tracking. You can continue using the App and ads may still be displayed with either choice.
4. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to provide advertising consent and privacy choices. Available choices may vary by location and applicable requirements.
5. Website Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics through the Everitt Ventures Google tag to measure site traffic and interactions after analytics consent is granted. This website does not display Google ads. AdMob advertising is limited to the mobile App.

The App is intended for people preparing for the U.S. naturalization process and is not directed to children under 13.
8. USCIS and Government Affiliation
The App is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS or any other U.S. government agency. Study materials are based on publicly available USCIS resources.
