This Cookie Policy is an operational business draft. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad international launch.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies, local storage, software-development-kit identifiers, pixels, and similar technologies may store or read information on a browser or device. They can help a website or application operate, authenticate users, remember preferences, prevent fraud, process payments, and measure usage.

2. Where this Policy applies

This Policy applies to Everitt Ventures websites and browser-based applications, including EverittOS where cookies or similar technologies are used. Native mobile applications may use device identifiers or software-development kits instead of browser cookies. Those practices are described in the Privacy Policy and applicable product notices.

3. Categories of technologies used

  • Strictly necessary: supports core operation, authentication, account security, fraud prevention, payment checkout, session management, and remembering privacy choices.
  • Preferences: remembers settings such as language, display, workspace, or product preferences where implemented.
  • Analytics: helps understand product and website usage, performance, and errors. Optional analytics is used only after consent where prior consent is required.
  • Integration and third-party: may be set when you use payment, authentication, calendar, accounting, embedded content, or other connected services.

4. Current known storage

The following table describes technologies intended by the current website implementation. Actual storage may vary by product, browser, consent choice, authentication state, integration, and provider update.

5. Analytics

Google Analytics or another analytics service may be used to understand visits, feature use, performance, and errors. Advertising personalization is not intentionally enabled in the current website implementation. Analytics will not be loaded before consent where prior consent is legally required and the site's consent controls are functioning as intended.

6. Authentication and application sessions

Signed-in applications may use cookies or local storage to maintain sessions, protect accounts, remember workspace selections, and support core functionality. Blocking this storage may prevent login or cause features to stop working.

7. Third-party services

Third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Intuit, Apple, Microsoft, Supabase, Netlify, Vercel, or embedded providers may set their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their features. Those providers control their own technologies and publish separate privacy and cookie information.

8. Your choices

Use the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences control in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics where available. You may change your choice at any time by reopening Cookie Preferences.

You can also use browser controls to delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent account login, payment checkout, integrations, preference memory, or other core features.

9. Global Privacy Control and similar signals

Everitt Ventures may evaluate legally recognized browser privacy signals as product configurations and applicable requirements evolve. The current site does not intentionally use behavioral advertising, but optional analytics can be rejected through Cookie Preferences.

10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated as products, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Material changes may be communicated through the applicable website or application where required.
