This page is an operational business draft for the Website Security Snapshot and the Everitt Ventures website. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before international launch. It is not legal advice and does not mean the website is certified under GDPR, CCPA, or any other framework.

Website Security Snapshot purchases are customized digital reports. Processing may begin shortly after payment and uses computing, analysis, data retrieval, report generation, storage, and delivery resources.

Purchases are generally non-refundable once processing begins. Dissatisfaction with a score, finding, recommendation, or lack of findings is not by itself a basis for a refund. A change of mind after processing begins is not normally refundable.

Exceptions and related notes:

  • If Everitt Ventures cannot provide the purchased report due solely to its own failure, it may choose to retry, replace, credit, or refund the affected purchase.
  • Legally required refunds and non-waivable consumer rights remain available.
  • Duplicate accidental purchases should be reported promptly.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly to team@everittventures.com.
  • Chargebacks submitted without first contacting support may delay investigation, but this policy does not threaten or unlawfully restrict chargeback rights.

Remediation is not included in the $29 purchase and is separately scoped if offered.
